IR, Inc. is seeking an audit readiness senior manager interested in managing a large section and large team of Audit Readiness activities and personnel. This audit readiness senior manager will be working with a highly technical team to perform tasks based on client needs and assist other audit readiness leadership with designing improvement initiatives and reporting performance results and developing guidance. Particular focus is placed on past experience with DoD Audit Readiness as well as strong experience evaluating internal controls.
Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree a related field with a minimum of 8 years of experience.
Candidate must have experience with the following: OMB-A123, Internal Audits, Account reconciliation experience, client communication, testing internal controls, Inventory and Related Property, designing improvement initiatives, and reporting.
The position requires a self-disciplined individual with good people skills, writing skills, and strong technical interests/capabilities.
Strong, client-facing, communication skills will be required. This person will serve as an advisor directly to the client.
Must be willing to travel
Candidate must be a US Citizen and possess (as well as maintain) a Final Secret Clearance.
