Find me on:

pexels-photo-4.jpgIn case, you didn't get to read my last post, here it is: 3 Reasons Why You Should Work for IR - Part 1. In this post, I want to expound upon my previous theme. I wanted to let you know all of the wonderful things that make IR great and tell you why that matters to you.

I didn't have room to talk about everything in my first post, so I felt like it would be best to break this information up for you into two. Nobody really likes reading super long posts anyways. If you do, or have any other suggestions for blog topics that you would like to know more about, let me know by posting to the IR LinkedIn page here.

Since 2007, IR Inc. has built out entire teams to provide top-tier talent as a teaming partner to our DoD and Federal Government Contractors. Let me tell you just a few more reasons why signing on with us benefits you:

  1.  Financially Sound

debt-1157824_640.jpgOk let’s talk money. Most people, I think I can easily generalize, do not care as much about financial stability as they do any other variable when factoring in all of the pros and cons of a job change.

And honestly who in their right mind is going to leave a metaphorical lifetime tenure to go to work for a restaurant that’s going out of business. You just wouldn’t. That’s common sense.

Translated, this means that as far as small businesses go, you’ve hit the proverbial jackpot, as we are completely debt free, and because we are the proud winner of prime government contracts. It’s a win-win for you.

Have you considered the stability of your current position and where you would like to be? This is only one of many reasons for you to personally consider IR. Here are a few more…

2. Growing Team

hand-1917895_640-1.pngWe’re not about standing still, and I can tell you, we have never had a stagnant work culture at IR.

Why are we so passionate about pursuing growth? Because it’s healthy; it gives us the chance to promote diversity- something which we believe is essential to any successful business.

We openly seek to build professional teams of people who can bring all kinds of expertise, backgrounds, and perspectives to the table. As iron sharpens iron, so do we also become sharper when we work together towards our goals.

IR is an ever-expanding company. Last year alone, we added 39 new team members. If you are interested becoming a part of our consistently developing culture, then I invite you to come grow with us!

3. Expertise

At IR, we highly value having people on our teams with the most expertise that we can find. It helps other people do their jobs better, and inspires others to grow in their careers, while also rewarding those who have worked hard to become so qualified.

There are too many stories that we could tell you about the wonderful people  who we have added to our team, such as cyber security expert Marc Kolenko, who we hired in 2016.

If you are curious to know a little more detail about the type of people we are talking about, check out a few from our Hiring Case Studies.
